Viewing File Alerts

When alert notifications have been generated for the file, the five most recent notifications are shown in AlertsA warning that is sent out in the form of an email and/or an in-system alert notification under defined circumstances (e.g. an abnormally high number of complaints or incidents are reported, a high severity incident occurs, or when a file is ignored for a given period of time). Alerts are created by your administrator and are triggered at defined intervals (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly).. Based on your role setting, you may be able to view another user’s notifications, as shown below.

To view file alerts:

1. Open a file (not shown, see Navigating the File Info Center (page 1)).
2. From the File Notification panel, click Alerts to view the callout of the recent alerts. Click the More Alerts link to see all alerts. The In-system Alert Notifications dialog opens.
3. Note: Viewing tasks from the widget is very similar to using the Alert Notification Management icon in the navigation bar (Viewing Alert Notification Details).
3. To return to the file, click Exit.
